I’ve been practising TRE 2-3 times a week for 6 months now. Even after 3 months I noticed a marked change in my anxiety levels before and during giving presentations at work. I feel more in control of my nerves, which is something I’ve been trying to work on, without much success, for years. The other benefit I’ve noticed is that my IBS is so much better, which is fantastic. I really enjoy doing TRE and feel very grounded after each session. I’m really grateful to Katherine for sharing this practice with me. My body seemed to respond very positively right from the start. And I love the fact that it is quick to do and only needs to be done a few times a week, unlike some other daily practices which are not always possible to fit into our busy lives.
